BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby authorizes the Community Development Division to apply
for and accept a Federal "Enterprise Community" grant from the Texas Department of
Commerce.
