WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of an aerial truck for the Building
Services Division; and,
WHEREAS, Commercial Body Corporation submitted a bid in the amount of
$73,997.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Commercial
Body Corporation should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Commercial Body Corporation for the purchase of one (1)
Chevrolet truck equipped with a Versalift aerial device for the Building Services Division in
the amount of $73,997.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
