WHEREAS, on Monday, May 9, 1994, bids were received for the purchase of two
(2) one (1) ton trucks equipped with five (5) cubic yard contractor's dump bodies for the
Street and Drainage Division; and,
WHEREAS, Atterbery Truck Sales submitted a bid in the amount of$57,089.14 for
two (2) one (1) ton trucks; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Atterbery Truck
Sales should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Atterbery Truck Sales for the purchase of two (2) one (1) ton
trucks equipped with five (5) cubic yard contractor's dump bodies for the Street and
Drainage Division in the amount of $57,089.14 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the,,�,day of
