WHEREAS, on Monday, May 9, 1994, bids were received for the purchase of two
(2) asphalt patching machines for use by the Street and Drainage Division; and,
WHEREAS, Conley Lott Nichols Machinery submitted a bid in the amount of
$97,500.00 for two (2) AMZ Magnum trailer mounted patching machines; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Conley Lott
Nichols Machinery should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Conley Lott Nichols Machinery for the purchase of two (2)
AMZ Magnum trailer mounted patching machines for the Street and Drainage Division in
the amount of $97,500.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1994.
