WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for
improvements to West Lucas Drive from Phelan Boulevard to Delaware Street;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel for improvements to West Lucas Drive from
Phelan Boullevard to Delaware Street be and the same is hereby approved:
Parcel 7: Lot 14, Block 2, Broadway Place Addition
Owner: Mrs. Debra Sims, Individually and as
Independent Executrix of the Estate of Larry W. Sims, Deceased
Appraised Value: $43,000.00
Less Improvements Retained 0
Total $43,000.00
