BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the following individuals will be designated as signatories regarding receipts,
disbursements, and/or investments of funds and/or other items in Escrow Account
No. 480079700 at First Interstate Bank of Texas, N.A. for the purpose of paying for
the construction of the Magnolia Park Recreation Center:
