BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby nominates Southeast Texas Community Development
Corporation (SETCDC) for eligibility to apply for and receive Federal Community
Development Corporation tax credits available under the Federal government's new
Enterprise Zone/Enterprise Community Program.
