BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with
the State of Texas in order that the Texas Department of Transportation and the City of
Beaumont can implement the National Maximum Speed Limit S.T.E.P. Project.
