WHEREAS,bids were received for the purchase of approximately two hundred(200)
tons of caustic soda for the Water Production Plant; and,
WHEREAS, Weskem-Hall submitted a bid in the amount of $106.00 per ton; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Weskem-Hall
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Weskem-Hall for the purchase of approximately two hundred
(200) tons of caustic soda for the Water Production Plant in the amount of$106.00 per ton
be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 9/Q day of
1994.
