WHEREAS, on Monday, April 4, 1994, bids were received for furnishing one (1)
truck mounted bituminous distributor for use by the Public Works Department's Streets and
Drainage Division; and,
WHEREAS, R. B. Everett and Company submitted a bid in the amount of$84,005
for one Etnyre Model 5-2000 distributor mounted on a Ford F800 truck; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by R. B. Everett
and Company should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by R. B. Everett and Company for one Etnyre Model 5-2000
distributor mounted on a Ford F800 truck for the Public Works Department's in the amount
of $84,005 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this thea4iAday of
1994.
