WHEREAS, bids were received for an annual contract to provide routine
maintenance for City automobiles, vans and pick-up trucks; and,
WHEREAS, Texaco Express Lube submitted a bid in the amount of$14.99 each for
automobiles, vans and pick-up trucks; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Texaco Express
Lube should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Texaco Express Lube for an annual contract to provide routine
maintenance for City automobiles, vans and pick-up trucks in the amount of$14.99 each be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the Z!&,day of
1994.
