WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of various size PVC pipe and
fittings for the Public Utilities Department; and,
WHEREAS, Golden Triangle Pipe and Water Supply submitted a bid in the-amount
of $487,220.66; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Golden Triangle
Pipe and Water Supply should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Golden Triangle Pipe and Water Supply for the purchase of
various size PVC pipe and fittings for the Public Utilities Department in the amount of
$487,220.66 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
