RESOLUTION NO. _�� �
WHEREAS, on February 15, 1994, City Council awarded a contract for the
resurfacing of several streets throughout the City to BO-MAC Contractors, Inc. in the
amount of $282,961.46; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 and Final is to increase the Contract amount by
$40,700.88 for the installation of fabric underseal on Calder Avenue, South Caldwood,
Central Caldwood, West Caldwood and Cross Street and decrease the Contract amount by
$18,858.40 to reflect quantities actually used in the completion of this project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute Change Order No. 1,
as stated above, with BO-MAC Contractors, Inc. and make final payment in the amount of
$297,717.40.
