G WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont desires to dedicate as a park certain property at the end of Pine Street along the Neches River such property to be designated as Collier's Ferry Park; and, WHEREAS, other properties may later be dedicated as additions to Collier's Ferry Park; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT the City of Beaumont hereby designates the property described on Exhibits "N', "B" and "C" hereof as Collier's Ferry Park the same to be subject to all the rules and regulations and Ordinances applicable to parks of the City of Beaumont. PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the / Yg� day of 51994. - MAYOR - f � � �� 'Ll- 1 Tract B Out of Tract Four BEING out of a 41.624 acre tract of land in the Hezekiah Williams, Jr. Survey, Jefferson County, Texas and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: FOR LOCATIVE CORNER beginning in the south line of the Hezekiah Williams, Jr. Survey AB-57 and the north line of the Absalom Williams Survey AB 385, at a concrete monument stamped "JE-69", South 89 degrees 55 minutes West, 2165.26 feet from the southeast corner of said Hezekiah Williams Survey.
