WHEREAS, the City has contracted with Parkdale Bank as a depository for
investment purposes; and,
WHEREAS, Parkdale Bank wishes to release the following securities being held at
Texas Commerce Bank-Houston effective April 12, 1994:
RECEIPT NO. DESCRIPTION PAR VALUE
912827E99 US Treasury Note, 5.375%, $2001000.00
Market Value $200,219.00, due 04/30/1994
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Parkdale Bank be permitted to release the above-described security and a certified
copy of this resolution shall constitute the approval of such release as evidence of the
authority of said bank to make said release.
