WHEREAS, on March 28, 1994, bids were received for an annual contract for pest
control services at various City facilities; and,
WHEREAS, Bill Barnes Pest Control submitted a bid in the amount of $1,565 per
month and flea treatment in the amount of $40 per hour; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Bill Barnes Pest
Control should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Bill Barnes Pest Control for an annual contract for pest control
service at various City facilities in the amount of$1,565 per month and flea treatment in the
amount of $40 per hour be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1994.
