RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS,Texas Board of Criminal Justice has tendered a 26.359 acre tract of land
in the Pelham Humphries Survey, Abstract 32 for the construction and maintenance of a
sewage treatment plant to the City of Beaumont, as described on Exhibit "A" attached
hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purpose of said donation and is of
the opinion that the acceptance of said donation of property is necessary and desirable and
that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT said easement tendered by Texas Board of Criminal Justice and the same is hereby,
in all things accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the .,S;Z4 day
of L2 , 1994.
