WHEREAS, two bids were received for furnishing two small size passenger vans for
the Police Department; and,
WHEREAS, Buddy Chevrolet submitted a bid in the amount of $32,260.00 for two
Chevrolet Astro vans; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Buddy Chevrolet
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Buddy Chevrolet for furnishing two Chevrolet Astro vans for
the Police Department in the amount of $32,260.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this thec2�day of
