WHEREAS, on Monday, February 7, 1994, sealed bids were received for an annual
contract for approximately sixteen(16)personal computers and computer related hardware;
and,
WHEREAS, the following companies submitted bids in the unit prices stated below:

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bids submitted by the companies above
at the unit prices stated should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bids submitted by C&I Computer Services,Cornerstone Computers and Excell Computer
for an annual contract for approximately sixteen (16) personal computers and computer related
hardware in the unit amounts stated above be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
