WHEREAS, on Thursday, March 10, 1994, sealed bids were received for furnishing
labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct an unloading facility at the Landfill:
and,
WHEREAS, Elliot Equipment and Construction Co. submitted a bid in the amount
of $41,799; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Elliot
Equipment and Construction Co. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Elliot Equipment and Construction for furnishing labor,
materials, and equipment necessary to construct an unloading facility at the Landfill in the
amount of $41,799 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1994.
