WHEREAS, on Monday, January 31, 1994, sealed bids were received for an annual
contract for the purchase of approximately 991 meters to be used by the Water Distribution
and Customer Service Divisions of the Public Utilities Department; and,
WHEREAS, the following companies submitted bids in the unit prices stated below:

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bids submitted by the companies above
at the unit prices stated should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bids submitted by Coburn Supply, Golden Triangle Pipe, and International Supply for an
annual contract for the purchase of approximately 991 water meters for the Water Distribution and
Customer Service Divisions of the Public Utilities Department in the unit amounts stated above be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
