WHEREAS, on Monday, March 7, 1994, sealed bids were received for a three (3)
year contract for auctioneer services for the disposal of City owned property; and,
WHEREAS,Rene'Bates Auctioneers,Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of 4.4799%
of sales revenue generated by the auctions; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Rene' Bates
Auctioneers, Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Rene' Bates Auctioneers for an annual contract for auctioneer
services for the disposal of City owned property in the amount of 4.4799% of sales revenue
generated by the auctions be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
