RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, on Monday, February 14, 1994, sealed bids were received for the
purchase of municipal water sewer and pipe for the Water Distribution and Sewer
Maintenance Divisions; and,
WHEREAS, Golden Triangle Pipe submitted a bid in the amount of$56,514.93; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Golden Triangle
Pipe should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Golden Triangle Pipe for the purchase of municipal water sewer
and pipe for the Water Distribution and Sewer Maintenance in the amount of $56,514.93
be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the RZx day of
