WHEREAS, on Monday, February 14, 1994, sealed bids were received for the purchase of
one (1) hydraulic rescue tool for the Fire Department; and,
WHEREAS, Ferrara Firefighting Equipment submitted a bid in the amount of$15,899; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Ferrara Firefighting
Equipment should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Ferrara Firefighting Equipment for the purchase of one (1) hydraulic
rescue tool for the Fire Department in the amount of$15,899 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the l day of
1994.
