WHEREAS,bids were received, Monday,February 21, 1994, for a six(6) month contract for
lubricants for the Fleet Division; and,
WHEREAS, Sitton Oil and Marine submitted a bid in the following unit prices:
SITTON OIL AND MARINE
BEAUMONT, TX
15W-40 Engine Oil $ 3.03/gal.
30W-Engine Oil $ 2.98/gal.
Automatic Transmission Fluid $ 1.03/qt.
Dextron II
Automatic Transmission Fluid $ 3.34/gal.
Dextron II
Automatic Transmission Fluid $ 1.09/qt.
Fluid Type F
Hydraulic Oil $ 3.17/gal.
Drum Deposit None
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Sitton Oil and Marine
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Sitton Oil and Marine for a six (6) month contract for lubricants for the
Fleet Division in the above stated amounts be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
