WHEREAS,on February 7, 1994,bids were received for an annual contract for the purchase
of office supplies for all City offices; and,
WHEREAS, Lamb's Office Products submitted a bid in the unit prices stated on the bid
tabulation attached hereto as Exhibit"A" and a 37% discount on catalogued items for a period of one
year with the option to renew for an additional year; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Lamb's Office Products
is the lowest and best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Lamb's Office Products for an annual contract for the purchase of office
supplies for all City offices in the unit prices stated on the bid tabulation attached hereto as Exhibit
"A" and a 37% discount on catalogued items for a period of one year with the option to renew for
an additional year be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
