HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 94-047 RESOLUTION NO. y7 WHEREAS, construction of the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and street improvements constructed in Willow Creek Country Club Estates, Phase I, Section V was found to be complete by the Engineering Division and the Water Utilities Department, with the exception of streetlights, as follows: Street and Storm Sewer Improvements • Shinnecock Hills Circle from the existing pavement on Willowbend Drive approximately 906 feet west to and including the cul-de-sac. Water and Sanitary Improvements • Lots 1-13, Block 1. WHEREAS, the developers of said addition desire to have these improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and, WHEREAS, the directors of Public Works and Public Utilities recommend that said improvements meet city standards and qualify for acceptance for permanent maintenance, and the City Council is of the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and maintained by the City of Beaumont; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT the water,sanitary sewer,storm sewer and street improvements in Willow Creek Country Club Estates, Phase I, Section V as described above, are hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall be continuously maintained by the City contingent upon filing of the final plat, complete with filings of dedication of all rights-of-way and easements required on the preliminary and final plats. Q ayor - Resolution 94-47 Notation to File On the final plat filed in Jefferson County on March 2, 1994,the street name is shown as Shadow Creek Drive not Shinnecock Hills Circle as shown on the preliminary plat.
