RESOLUTION NO. 5�
WHEREAS,bids were received for the purchase of protective clothing (bunker gear)for the
Fire Department; and,
WHEREAS, Casco submitted a bid in the amount of$378.00 per unit for protective coats
and $245.00 per unit for protective trousers; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Casco should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Casco for the purchase of protective clothing (bunker gear) for the Fire
Department in the amount of $378.00 per unit for protective coats and $245.00 per unit for
protective trousers be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
