WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase and installation of a closed circuit TV
surveillance camera and recording system for the Police Department; and,
WHEREAS, Neches Alarm Service, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of$42,350; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Neches Alarm Service,
Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Neches Alarm Service, Inc. for the purchase and installation of a closed
circuit TV surveillance camera and recording system for the Police Department in the amount of
$42,350 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
