BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with
Jefferson County Drainage District No. 6 to participate on a 50150 basis for construction of
the crossing at Toliver Road.
