BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to apply for, accept and spend
federal grant funds available from HUD under the Stewart B. McKinney Homeless
Assistance Act to pay for essential services, homeless prevention assistance, operating costs
and administrative expenses.
