BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to apply for, accept and spend up
to $698,000 in federal grant funds under the 1994 HOME Program to fund a local First
Time Buyers Program.
