WHEREAS, bids were received on January 31, 1994 for the Street Rehabilitation Project
(Recycling) for the resurfacing of several streets throughout the City; and,
WHEREAS, BO-MAC, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of $282,961.46; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by BO-MAC Contractors,
Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by BO-MAC Contractors, Inc. for the Street Rehabilitation Project
(Recycling) for the resurfacing of several streets throughout the City in the amount of$282,961.46
be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
