BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to designate the Southeast Texas
Community Development Corporation, Inc. as a local Community Housing Development
Corporation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City hereby grants $126,000, from 1992 HOME
grant funds, to S.E.T.C.D.C. to renovate three or four homes and make them available to
Beaumont families under the City's affordable housing program. The City Manager is
hereby authorized to execute a contract with S.E.T.C.D.C. concerning the grant of HOME
grant funds.
