BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to enter into a contract with the
Innovative Housing Development Corporation, in the amount of $40,000 from Community
Development Block Grant funds, to provide funding assistance for the construction of a
three bedroom home by B.I.S.D. Building Trade students.
