WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of City employee work uniforms;
and,
WHEREAS, Cintas Corporation submitted a bid in the amount of $22,756.55 with
prices firm for a period of twelve (12) months to allow for additional purchases; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Cintas
Corporation should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Cintas Corporation for the purchase of City employee work
uniforms in the amount of$22,756.55 with prices firm for a period of twelve (12) months to
allow for additional purchase be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the /,,t day of
