WHEREAS, bids were received for the construction of the Water Service Line
Replacement (Contract - II) in the South Park area; and,
WHEREAS, A- 1 Guarantee Plumbing submitted a bid in the amount of$31,035.50;
and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by A- 1 Guarantee
Plumbing should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by A - 1 Guarantee Plumbing for the construction of the Water
Service Line Replacement(Contract- II) in the South Park area in the amount of$31,035.50
be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
