WHEREAS, bids were received for a three (3) year contract for grounds
maintenance services at seventeen (17) parks and various street triangles; and,
WHEREAS, Perfect Cut Lawn Care submitted a bid for an estimated annual
expenditure of$53,930.52; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Perfect Cut
Lawn Care should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Perfect Cut Lawn Care for an estimated annual expenditure of
$53,930.52 for a three (3) year contract for grounds maintenance services at seventeen
(17) parks and various street triangles be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 10th day of
February, 2004.
