BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the penalty and interest on the tax accounts as shown on Exhibit "A" are hereby
waived pursuant to Section 33.011 of the Texas Property Code as each taxpayer's failure
to pay was caused by a billing error or similar mistake.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 10th day of
February, 2004.
