BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to allow Fiesta Mart, Inc., located
at 3295 College Street, as a collection agent of Water Utility payments for the City of
Beaumont.
