WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing a cab and chassis and converting an
existing ambulance body for the Emergency Medical Services Division (EMS); and,
WHEREAS, Wheeled Coach Industries/Leadership Ford submitted a bid in the
amount of $41,483.00 for the refurbishing and conversion of an ambulance body to a 1994
Ford cab and chassis to be furnished by the vendor; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Wheeled Coach
Industries/Leadership Ford should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Wheeled Coach Industries/Leadership Ford for the refurbishing
and conversion of an ambulance body to a 1994 Ford cab and chassis for the Emergency
Medical Services Division (EMS) in the amount of $41,483.00 be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the f day of
1994.
