RESOLUTION NO 9 `
WHEREAS, on September 28, 1993, City Council awarded a Contract I, Water
Service Line Replacement in the Pine Crest Area to A-1 Guarantee Plumbing in the amount
of $27,204.03; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 and Final is to adjust the contract amount for
installing additional house service lines which were not included in the original contract to
bring the total to $33,982.29 from $27,204.03;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute Change Order No. 1,
as stated above, with A-1 Guarantee Plumbing and make final payment in the amount of
$7,136.94.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the Awday of
11994.
