BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to purchase services from A. L.
Roark and Associates in the amount of$20,000.00 from the Police Department's Confiscated
Goods Account for the Mobile Data Terminals currently being installed in police vehicles.
