WHEREAS, the claim of Marvin LeDay vs. City of Beaumont has been discussed in
an Executive Session properly called and held; and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to authorize the settlement of the claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized to settle the claim of Marvin
LeDay vs. City of Beaumont in the amount of Thirty-two Thousand Five Hundred and
00/100 ($32,500.00) Dollars.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day
