BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to accept $535.91 from Mr. Marion
Rienstra as full and final payment for weed liens against property described as Lots 29-B,
30-A, 30-C, 30-D, 31-A, 31-B, 31-C and 31-D in Block 6, Caldwood Acres Addition to the
City of Beaumont, located in the 1300 block of Lindberg Drive.
