BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to convert all outstanding regular
rehab loans and Neighborhood Housing Services Corporation loans to deferred loans which
would be fully amortized after five years from their origination date.
