WHEREAS, on November 1, 1993,bids were received for the printing of the monthly
City Highlight's newsletter for the City's Executive Offices; and,
WHEREAS, Texas Printing Co. submitted a bid in the amount of $1,602.30 per
month, totalling $19,227.60 per year; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Texas Printing
Co. is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Texas Printing Co. for the printing of the monthly Qjy
Highlights newsletter for the City's Executive Offices in the amount of$1,602.30 per month,
totalling $19,227.60 per year be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the --Varday of
1993.
