WHEREAS, on November 15, 1993, bids were received for the purchase of one (1)
1,500 gallon per minute fire pumper truck; and,
WHEREAS, Casco Industries, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of$270,010 for the
purchase of one (1) KME Renegade 1,500 gpm fire pumper truck and a 5,000 watt
generator with a light tower; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Casco Industries,
Inc. is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Casco Industries, Inc. for the purchase of one (1) KME
Renegade 1,500 gpm fire pumper truck and a 5,000 watt generator with a light tower in the
amount of $270,010 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this thef,�day of
