BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to enter into a contract with
Buckner Children's Village, in the amount of$50,000 from Community Development Block
Grant funds, to provide funding assistance for the construction of a Residential Treatment
Center for 16 residents in need of intensive treatment due to sever abuse.
