BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to approve a one-year
contract with BUILD, Inc. in the amount of $50,000.00 to implement activities directed at
revitalizing the downtown area.
